I sent multiple emails with a question but never received a reply. My emails are simply being ignored. Extremely poor customer service.

Polecam!

We placed a rush order with Unicup and were blown away by the service and quality! The team handled everything so quickly and professionally, and the cups turned out absolutely spectacular. They really saved our event and made the preparations so much easier. I couldn’t recommend them more highly – wonderful products and even more wonderful people to work with.

Odpowiedź od właściciela:Thank you so much for your wonderful words! 🌟 We’re thrilled that our cups and service helped make your event a success. Supporting our clients in important moments is what drives us, and feedback like yours inspires us even more. We’d be delighted to work with you again!

My team and I (US/NYC-based) had an excellent experience working with Unicup on a custom digital printed cup order. The cups look fantastic, and we are really impressed with the quality. I also really appreciated the professionalism and level of customer service from Sergei. Thanks a lot!

Odpowiedź od właściciela:Thank you so much for your kind words! 🌟 We’re delighted to hear that you and your team had such a great experience and that you’re happy with the quality of the cups.

PROFESJONALIZM TOP

Wow! Reliable production! I am always ordering branded cups for my events and fairs. The quality is really good, the delivery comes on time, but most important for me, is that they produce the orders very quick! Thank you for the perfect service !

This is the first time I have designed a cup and Unicup guided me through the process . From start to finnish they could not have been more helpful. The turn around was also very quick with fantastic results. I couldn't be more happy.

Firma godna polecenia.
